Ingredients:
1/2 oz Brown Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Heavy Cream
Ice (cracked)

Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
 
 
Brandy Daisy
Ingredients:
2 oz Brandy
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Grenadine
Ice cubes

Directions:
Shake with ice and stain into a glass half filled with ice cubes. Top with a lemon wedge.
 
 
Cadiz
Ingredients:
3/4 oz Blackberry-flavored Brandy
3/4 oz Dry Sherry
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 tbsp Light Cream
Ice

Directions:
Shake with ice. Strain into a glass half full of ice cubes.
 
 
Canadian Cherry
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Canadian Whisky
1/2 oz Cherry-flavored Brandy
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp Orange Juice
Ice

Directions:
Shake all ingredients and strain into a glass half full of ice cubes. Moisten the rim of the glass with cherry brandy.

1 oz Coffee-flavored Brandy
1 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Light Cream
Ice

Directions:

Ingredients:
3/4 oz Irish Cream
3/4 oz Brandy
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Light Cream
1 cup ice

Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth

Ingredients:
1 oz Brandy
1/2 tsp White Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
Ice

Directions:
Stir with ice and strain into a glass.
 
 
Gulf Breeze
Ingredients:
1 oz Blue Curacao
3 oz Champagne
1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Brandy
6 oz Lemonade
1 oz Lime Juice
1 cup Ice

Directions:
Blend until smooth. Pour into sugar-rimmed glass. Top with a strawberry

Ingredients:
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Apricot-flavored Brandy
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Grenadine
Ice

Directions:
Moisten rim of cocktail glass with lemon juice and dinp into powdered sugar. Shake all ingredients with ice andstrain into the sugar-rimmed glass.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 1/2 tsp Apricot flavored brandy
1 tbsp Grapefruit juice
1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1 dash Bitters
1 cup ice

Shake with ice and strain into a glass.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Madeira
1/2 oz Cherry-flavored Brandy
1 tsp Orange Juice
Ice

2 1/2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Jamaica Rum
1/2 oz 151-proof Rum
1/2 oz Apricot-flavored Brandy
1 oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
Juice of 1 Lime
Juice of 1 Small Orange
2 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
Crushed Ice

Directions:
Blend all ingredients and 1/2 cup crushed ice at low speed for 2 minutes. Strain into a frosted glass. Top with a stick of pineapple and a cherry.Carefully float 151-proof rum on top. Add a sprig of fresh mint dipped in powdered sugar and serve with a
