Spaghetti Sauce
Ingrediants
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped ***
1 pinch pepper
1 can (6 oz.) water
1/2 clove minced garlic
1 bay leaf
1 pinch thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix the ingrediants in a large pot. Stir ingrediants enough to make sure the ingrediants are equally distributed in your
sauce. Cover the sauce and let simmer with frequent stirring for two hours. Serve this spaghetti sauce over spaghetti noodles.
Butter
Ingrediants
1 lb of butter
60-70g of *** Leaves
Directions
Melt 1 lb of Butter in a sauce pan. Once butter is melted add 60-70 grams of ***. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until
the butter starts to get a green color. You can cook it for a bit longer if you would like until the desired level of "greeness"
is achieved. You then must pour all the butter through a very fine strainer. Try to keep the *** at the edge of the pan so
they dont fall in the strainer. Make sure you push hard on the strainer to make sure you get all your butter through. Chill
the butter and serve. This butter really doesn't taste very good however it is great when used in other recipes that call
for butter. It is very hard to taste when cooked in other recipes.
